What I liked
- Sound and Action Advice that can be used at the beginning
- There are great, effective and interesting things
- The program covers a wide range of ages (20-60 years).

What I do not like it
- Many exercises and exercises can not be done without equipment, you will have to visit the gym
- No videos to display exercises (You should see it on YouTube)
- Some of the arguments they make are not prescribed with scientific evidence
Despite some improvements that make up, it is still a good program and its readers lose weight. The extra bonus is okay, the interview is great, and the program and diet advice is pretty good too. I can not be persuaded by the anti-aging perspective, and maybe the program might be slightly light on the side for an experienced lifter.
